What we collect

The free mock test itself collects nothing personal. Your quiz progress and score are stored only in your own browser's local storage, on your own device — they are never sent to us or anyone else.

The only personal data we ever collect is an email address, and only if you choose to enter one on the results page to have your score sent to you. That field is entirely optional and is never required to see your full results.

What we do with your email address

If you submit an email address, it is sent directly to our email service provider, Brevo, so we can send you your results and, if you don't unsubscribe, occasional revision emails related to your CSCS test. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone else.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and doing so will not affect your ability to use the free mock test.

Legal basis and your rights

We rely on your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the email form, as the legal basis for processing your email address under UK GDPR. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing, and you can ask us to delete your data by contacting us using the details below.

Analytics

We track anonymous, aggregate usage events (such as when someone starts or completes the mock test) to understand how the site is used. This does not include your email address or any other personal identifier.
